Ingredients(15~20kpl)

  • Pullataikina:

    • milk 0.5L
    • tuorehiiva 50g
    • salt 1-2ts
    • sugar 2dl / 13tbs
    • kardemumma(cardamom) 1tbs
    • egg 1
    • puolikarkea flour 900g or 14dl or 84tbs
    • butter 100g
  • in-between

    • butter/margarin 50-100g
    • (fariini) sugar 0.5-1dl
    • cinamon 1-2tbs
  • outside

    • egg
    • raesokeria

How-to

  • Dough:

    • Mix yeast into warm milk. Add salt, sugar, cardamom and egg.
    • Mix wth flour
    • Mix butter
    • Let it rise into 2x size
  • Halve the dough. And flatten it into 30 x 50 cm

  • Apply butter, sugar and cinamon and roll

  • Cut the roll and apply egg and raesokeria

  • Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for 10 min.
