- pinch of salt
- pepper

500g upside of beef
200g sausages
- salt and pepper the meat
red wine
one big onion
- sweat the meat
2 cans of tomato sauce
1/2 glass of wine + concentrated tomato
Basil
Sweat for 2 hours
Final
- 500g lasagne sheets
- Mozarella
- parmesan
