Tomato kidney bean salad¶
Ingredient¶
- mini tomatoes 2 cups
- kidney beans 2/3 cups
- mint leaves 12
- olive oil 1/4 cups
- lemon 1/2
- salt
- pepper
How¶
Boil kidney beans for 10 min. Peel the covers
make dressing:
- chop mint leaves
- olive oil, lemon, salt
- walnuts or 잣
mix
Pumpkin and Mushroom salad¶
Ingredient¶
- 단호박 1/2
- 느타리버섯 1/3 cup
- onion 1/4
- brocoli 5 송이
- sweet potato 1
- 검은 깨 1 ts
Dressing:
- mayo 2 tbs
- curry 1 ts
- pepper, lemon
How¶
Onion:
- Chop onion and season with salt for 20 min.
- Rinse with water in order to remove salt and onion scent
- Remove water
Scald brocoli and mushroom
Simmer sweet potato
김이 오른 찜통에 단호박을 넣어 익힌 후 김 식으면 으깨기
단호박에 카레가루와 마요, 후추, 레몬 넣고 섞은 후 채소를 넣고 검은 깨를 뿌리기

Dressing
- olive oil 4 tbs
- vinegar 2 tbs
- sugar 1 ts
- salt
How¶
Soak tomatoes into boiling water shortly and peel them.
Salmon salad¶
Ingredient¶
salmon
salmon sauce
- soya sauce 2 tbs
- honey or sugar 1 tbs
- ginger & garlic 1ts
- 청주 3 tbs
- wine vinegar 1 tbs
dressing
- olive oil 3 tbs
- 다진 잣 1 ts
- chopped basil 1 tbs
- vinegar 1 tbs
- soya sauce 4 tbs
- chopped garlic 1/2 ts
- salt & sesame oil
How¶
season salmon with salt and leave
make salmon sauce
- 분량의 재료를 섞어 팬에 넣고 한소끔 끓여 걸쭉해지면 그대로 식히세요
fry salmon
- heat fan with olive oil
- fry salmon little and add sauce
- fry little more
when salmon is light pink add wine vinegar or lemon
deco with vegetables

Soft-tofu & egg salad¶
Ingredient¶
eggs 3
soft-tofu 1 pack
blue cucumber 1/2
dressing
- soya sauce 2 tbs
- chopped spring onion 1 tbs
- chopped garlic 1 ts
- sugar 1 ts
- sesame oil 1 ts
- water 1tbs
- sesame little
How¶
- Keep all ingredients cool
- Slice cucumber with a peeler and cut them into half
- Slice boiled eggs into six pieces
